The Elite Aluminum handle weighs approximately 10lbs without adder weights whereas the Elite handle weighs approximately 5 lbs without adder weights. The difference is that the ends on the Elite set are molded, and the ends on the Aluminum handles are extruded,machined from 6061 aircraft grade aluminum and polished. The Elite Aluminum Set comes with the same plates as the Elite Set and it is expandable using the same add-on kits and weights as the Elite Set. The Classic 60 Plus Handle Set upgrades a Classic 45 from 5-45 pounds per hand to 5-60 pounds. The dimensions of the Classic 45 are 12"L 圆" W x 6" H. The Classic 45 Set adjusts from 5-45 lbs in 5 lb increments. The Personal Trainer Set is not expandable. Pin changes provide 5 lb increments and 2 internal adder weights can be added/removed for all 2.5 lb increments.
